Refund policy
Returns
Ultimate Chef does not accept returns of meals. Should there be a problem with a meal, please contact us so can investigate and discuss a solution.
We believe in the quality of products but perceptions might vary.
Please know that we plan our deliveries ahead of time but have no control over unforeseen traffic condition.
If you immediately place your warm meal in the fridge or freezer, please note that meals still in the container will produce condensation. This could spoil the texture of your meal.
Refunds
We unfortunately do not offer refunds.
We also do not offer cash back on any purchases made.
In certain case by case scenarios, we will arrange additional meals or Ultimate Chef credit.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges of meals.
If you are going on leave or on holiday but have paid for a meal plan that might continue into this period, please contact us one calendar week prior to going on leave so we can make arrangement to pause your deliveries.
Should you have any concerns regarding your or any received meals, please contact us at the soonest occasion. It will not be possible to investigate issues with meals that are more than 24-48 hours old.
