Shipping policy
Delivery and collection Ultimate Chef Stellenbosch cooks fresh meals and delivers them locally in the Western Cape, South Africa. We do not ship nationally or internationally.
Delivery areas Stellenbosch, Somerset West, Sitari and Strand.
When your meals start Orders placed before the Sunday 12 am (midnight) deadline start the following Monday. Meals are delivered Monday to Thursday on 4-day plans, or Monday to Friday on 5-day plans.
Delivery times Meals are delivered between 10:30 and 16:30 on each delivery day. Please make sure someone is available to receive them, or tell us where they can be left safely. We plan routes in advance but cannot control unforeseen traffic conditions.
Delivery fees Delivery is charged per plan and shown at checkout before you pay:
- Weekly 4-day plan: R110
- Weekly 5-day plan: R137.50
- Monthly 4-day plan: R440
- Monthly 5-day plan: R550
Free collection You can collect your meals free of charge at Nca'Kos Restaurant, Neelsie Student Centre, 8 de Beer Street, Stellenbosch, from 13:30 on each delivery day. Choose "Collect at Nca'Kos, Neelsie" at checkout.
Pausing deliveries If you are going away during your meal plan, contact us one calendar week in advance and we will pause your deliveries.
